Design Fees
Our professional services including consultation, concept development, space planning, 3D renderings, project management, and installation oversight.
Furnishings & Materials
Furniture, lighting, window treatments, rugs, accessories, and any materials needed to bring the design to life. Paid separately from design fees.

Color Consultation
$3502-hour session to select paint colors for your entire home with sample coordination.
Space Planning
$500/roomDetailed floor plan with furniture layout and measurements for optimal flow.
Virtual Design
$1,500+Remote design services with video consultations, digital mood boards, and shopping lists.
Styling Session
$400/session3-hour styling session to refresh your space using existing items plus new accessories.
Payment Structure
Project Start
Initial deposit to begin design work and reserve your spot on our schedule.
Design Approval
Due upon approval of final design concept and before ordering begins.
Project Completion
Final payment upon installation and styling completion.
Furniture and materials are invoiced separately as ordered. We accept checks, wire transfers, and major credit cards.
